Is there no more Available Houses in Pernon or in other areas ?

Yes, but they're hard to find.

 

Feel free to join the auction in Pernon which takes place every Monday to Sunday. I think there are plenty available houses so shouldn't be a problem, you just need kinah and have to be quick at the biding.

You have to be patient till someone sells his house, till then you have to be patient. It's different on Elyos side, there are plenty which are still available. :3

 

Auctions have been broken for a solid month now. They worked fine one day and the next thing I know, you can't buy a house. The first time I found they were broken, I was told they would be fixed with a server restart but that didn't happen. I guess all you gotta do is wait until they fix it and have no house until then.

 

You should try and find the Real Estate Agent NPC. They can find all the houses for sale and help you get a bid in. Such troll, very wow. Ignore my posts please.

Would be great to get an update on this. I've been looking for some weeks now atleast I found out it isn't working xD.

 

Yeah idk when it will be fixed, I've talked to many people about it. I don't even know what caused it.
