You have been asked to not make so many threads about the fails.
I do understand it's not a nice experience having this however please be patient. Staff have lots of things to do throughout the day and while we may not be able to respond asap, we've noticed your PM if you've sent one. You can contact me personally if you wish regarding this as I try to reply within 1-2 hours even if I'm at college if you want a quick feedback however I believe most of our staff members reply quite quickly.

Please just be patient, I am sure your query has been put through already.
