    Since no one replied to this, unsure if it was forwarded through. You'll need to clearly state your problem.
    • Did you purchase Premium membership and never got it?
    • Did you purchase VIP and never got it?
    • Did you try to transfer your character and it failed?
    Along with the problem, please state your character name and server so I can forward it to an admin for refund (if able).

    Before I forward it through to the admins. Can you please take a screenshot of the GamezAion Transfer page? Does it still show "Active Transfer in process"?
    If so, attach the screenshot and reply to this thread or PM me.
