No you can't and I'd suggest making your own keybinds.

I had been a clicker my whole Aion life and just a few months ago I decided I wanted to try keybinds. You find it hard at first since your gut tells you to click since that option is available, so what I did to make sure I had no urge to click was to keybind my movement keys (WASD) and move holding LMB+RMB and holding down the automatic run to run long distances (for me it's bound on my ` key so I turn it on and off that way). I'm sure you've already seen Momo and a few other people use that method.
Best decision I've made. Moving that way is much faster for me during PVP and gives you more chances to look around instead of moving with four keys since you can rotate your camera yourself.

Other than that, for obvious reasons keybinds make you way faster too.
And most importantly; they make you more concentrated on your target since you know where each key is and you can press them without looking, while clickers have to look on their skillbars their whole time cause there's no magical way of knowing where each skill pixel is on your screen.

And here's what a nab full stigma SW's skillbar looks like with everything bound on keys =o The only thing I click is when I switch to my MA set, and a few of my scrolls and scroll macros. Oh and my increased flight speed skill.

I like to keep WSAD keys for slideshotting :p but yea other than that keybinds are the way to go man! Always been a keybinder and always will be. Its good too if you play different classes. You can use the same keybinds but for the other skill sets. That way you are familiar with your keys and what buttons you assign to your skills to and therefore remember the skills better (atleast that's how it is for me).

No to me it's not tiring at all.. That's why I mentioned that I got my autorun (default NumLock key) bound on my ` key, right next to my 1 key. When I'm chasing someone while I'm running I simply run and click on ` to activate autorun and when my character lands from the jump she keeps running without stopping and without me pressing any keys or RMB and LMB. During PVP I don't even realize I'm holding LMB and RMB down. It's not tiring at all.

I just said, LMB+RMB (meaning left mouse button and right mouse button), that's what he uses to move. If you press left and right mouse button together you will move forward. For me it's really good since it lets you rotate the camera really fast at the same time *-*

Here's a video of it too, if you notice, all my movement keys are bound on skills, and all the movement is done holding LMB+RMB and camera rotation is much easier c:
Some people say they do click to move.. Idk. Seems hard.
