A little suggestion

After this patch i saw new chars does't recive atack speed / movement speed scrolls , and superionr , sublime and greatest potions like before , i think is better for newcommers to recive some potions and scrolls like we recived because alot of new players doesn't know how to craft scrolls , or potions and is good for them to have some to spend for pvp till they learn how to make them . This is just my opinion

What's the point in having everything for free?
That's why we gave you max level crafting skills on new toons, so you actually create your consumables yourself.

 

Speaking of that.
In the eventuality that someone wants to do orialchium or Circle tokens.
How do we do it?
Mentoring is something of the past at this point and those quest are available from 35 to 45.

 

Well not all knows how to craft though they have that maxed crafting skills. Its better if you give them like a few of those consumables.

 

Kudos for reviving the pots economy staff.

 

Try to learn craft pots and scrolls. Old players made their scrolls/pots for themself and they didnt get free gifts for leveling in the old times. I think this is better.

 

sergref i speak about new commers i have 5k atack speed scrolls and 5 k speed scrolls and 4k potions i don't need ... Are alot of new players who doesnt know to craft or making potions on himself... are alot of players who played only on pvp servers or are new in this game is not that waste to give scrolls like before and potions ... make lvl 1 from start and give consumables i think is better than now for new players

 

Good point but there wasnt surveys in old patches(like 2.0, 2.7). Every player made or bought scrolls/pots. So it is a good that no free scrolls/pots for any players cuz they learn to craft if they wanna something=play more time for playing on gamez.

 

What this really means is consumables economic value increases. On contrary @FellPaiN it will actually help new players in the sense that they could exchange bulks of crafts for gear or w/e to lazy rich players. If gamez give newly created toons pots on surveys it kinda defeats the purpose of maxing crafts.
