What the ??

all of the camps in Katalam used to be able for me to take the quests atleast .. now there are no 1 that i cant take the quest from cuz there are only enemy npc's ... whats wrong -,-

 

The camps mechanics are when the race owns the camp, they can receive the quests for the camp. (As far as I know) This is how it is suppose to be.

 

before the update it wasnt like that i was able to take all the quests -,- now it isnt like that .... and how am i suposed to take over the camp

 

If it's the other faction's camp, you need to kill the shieldcaptain. Sometimes they won't spawn until all guards are wiped out. And sometimes you need to kill it more than once (I'm not too sure how many times). If it's balaur, just kill all the mobs in the camp or try and take out the leader who's called "Tribunal-something" (forgot the name).

 

okay .. what about the new items npc's where is their location ....

 

Ambassador and Custodian gear is sold by an NPC in your base in Katalam. Not sure about the exact location but it is on the opposite side of the Blood Mark NPC (atleast for elyos, not certain about asmo)
