Cant see characters body ~HELP~

    Since last atualization i cant see any characters body, except for the inquin candy.
    I already try to install item.pak last version but didnt work.
    Can u help me?

    Also, start your NCSoft Launcher, click on repair and let it update untill then end of stage 9/9.
