Anyway the NPC's that sell the egg are Kisment, Nispero & Rinaker. Just do /where npc name to find them.
Here's a list of quests, however I'm not sure they all work here in Gamez since the pet is in credit shop http://aiondatabase.net/us/item/186000104/
And also, it will be kinda hard to get the tokens, since the quests are all pvp-based. But maybe you can buy some tokens from older players.

yes my friend buy this pet b4 he is an old player but he only told me that this can be buy in gelka but i dont know where in gelka or the npc name...so sad my friend is not online anymore..but thanks for the links.
