    Is it only that NPC that is bugged for you? Venoti?
    What is the version of your client?
    Have you tried repairing the client with the NCsoft launcher?

    not only that sir , some NPC in kata and else same like that. .

    yeah i tried to repair mine , but doesn't work :(

    i already repair it , but only the plume are fixed not the NPC

    helppppp..... my NPC wont sell the items :( i want buy some legion horse ...
