Cannot Connect to the server

I was able to logon to Gamez today then I tried to run my Anti-virus avast, there were some files I deleted. Then this happened. Anyone who has an idea how to fix this?

Btw, I am helping a friend through teamviewer. This is his issue.

I was able to logon today. Logged out because it was too laggy. I tried to run my anti-virus and deleted some of the files that detected it was a virus. Didn't notice there maybe some file I deleted that is required to launch the game.

Things I've done:

• Repaired Aion
• Reinstalled the Gamez Aion launcher
• deleted the DLL file from bin32 which I saw from a previous post of "Deathangel"
• Disabled the Anti-Virus (Avast)
• Disabled some Startup Programs
• Disabled Firewall

Same thing happens.



Same error comes up. Can someone help?

 

welll ... i have my BitDefender Detect it too.. but i put into Exception List.... well the best is you Run the NcSoft Client .. and make no mistake... REPAIR FIRST ... then update.
then aply the client and the item pak. you should b good to go. =D its take like 10 minute for me. hahaha good luck mate.

 

I did try it again. Still nothing works though. Well the one I'm helping is a noob for PC's and doesn't know what he did. That's the thing, its quite hard to help someone who doesn't even know what they are doing too.

 

You can re-install the latest GamezAion launcher and it will apply our server files that are needed to log-in
