I got an error7 upon attempting to transfer my character

Can anyone help me?

 

Did you leave your legion?
Do you have at least one character slot on the destination server?
This is a random error and displays no further description, it may also be caused by the huge amount of transfers.

 

and the lists goes on.. my advice to u guiz is..
to take advantage of the quick leveling and create a new toon to carry ur items for transferring.. i failed 8 times with transferring my main so i had no other option than wut i mentioned.. and it works! again this iz a last resort thingy... when u feel like u need a clean slate then let go of ur old toon.

 

It's only my 2nd time to transfer a toon, the first one was for my main char. I've already done all the checks before the transfer tho, i should try it again.
EDIT:

The error7 code has now disappeared. But now it says "Too many transfer in queue, please try again later".
