Account hacked

can you help me please........
someone hack my account and he get all of my item
i dont know how it happen because i only play in my house solo
and there is 1 person who knows my account password and that is one of your staff
when i check back my inbox here he delete all his reply
i was give my acount pasword to him when i go back play this game
because i haven't player for almost 2years
so i ask him to check my acout if it still active,,,,
But i never point him the is the one
and today i get my vip account
and some one get my full set of
Custudain jerkin, 2x FL sword, 30pcs tempering solution, 1Bkinah, and some important item i my account
and one thing he manage to leave all my character on my legion
here is my aion acount 'waRLordsoul'
i log out my account today 9pm here philippine time and when i go back to played i log in at 2am philippine time
i talk one of my friend and he told me that it was a filipino who play my account @ 9pm
is there anything i can do to change my pasword beacause i dont have the acces on my email add with this account
For a moment i create new account ang place some item to be use to start all over again.. because i feel not safe on my old account.. hope you understand what i mean

 

Staff should not be asking for your account information at all.

If you have "proof" that "Staff" has asked you for your account information ingame, PM @Deathangel with "Proof". If someone from the forums has asked you for your account information. PM me with "proof".

Without proof, no action can be taken against the staff member who may or may not have touched your account.

 

actually no one ask me about my account info i just give it to him
because i dont know how they will check my account
and i trusted him
wait and i try to find some froof all i want is you can do someting with it because he was taking some item to my friends too
asking them to borrow items from them

Whether this staff used your account will have to be investigated by the HGM and Admin.

Can you PM me the name of the Staff member you are trying to accuse of hacking you? PM please. Do not post it here.

 

and if you dont know who that STAFF is please dont BLAME else. Even if your account is just been hacked it might lead you BAN.

and im not blaming any one from the staff
the problem is the i dont have the proff to show because it was not on my inbox
all i want now is to insure my friends safety because he was using it today because it was a VIP account

We do have a filipino staff. Ill get him to PM you. For now. I will have to close this thread since there is nothing else to be said. I have no ingame powers so I will have to leave the rest to AM staff.

Staff members will never ask you for your personal information, for the simple reason that we don't need it to perform any actions on your account.
As far as it concerns your private messages, i've only found one conversation regarding a client issue with floating heads, which has been fixed.
Aion Masters can not delete their private messages, they can only delete the conversation in their inbox, however it will still display in your personal inbox, unless you deleted it as well.

Looking at how lightly you gave away your account ID on forums, i am not really surprised by this.
Whatever happens to your account is your responsibility, you are supposed to take care of the security of your ID and Password. Visiting unsafe websites and posting partial informations about it on forums or other boards usually leads into this situations.

Also, By taking a deeper look into your account, the only thing i was able to notice was your IP being used to log into three different accounts, one of which shares a very similar registration mail as the "main" one.
Now this account has been logged in very recently and contains most of the items you have mentioned in the first post.

Considering that you have no evidence to prove anything you mentioned, there is not much to do.
