Important Failed Server Transfers

In-game Name: Pettanco
Starting Server: Siel
Destination Server: Lumiel
Server transfer was fine but it deducted credits from my account, I thought there were 1-2 days of free transfers?
If that isn't the case, I'd like Pettanco to be transferred back to Siel and have my credits refunded

 

After several attempts to transfer my toon from lumiel to siel, which always gives out either an 'error7' code or 'Too many transfers in queue, please try again later' message. Transfers still not made and best of all, my credits are now negative 2k+. And to answer your generic question about the prerequisites for transfers, YES, i have done them all. I have transferred a toon already regularly (with pay) in the past.

whats happen with this thread?why was made it?we put here our chars and wait to be transferated like needs to,but no answer like server transfer.half day was bugged and the other half was to many players who wanna have dual account..2days is 48 h not 12..

No, if your transfer failed while it was free you will need to purchase the service again using your credits.
If you purchased the transfer with credits and failed, your credits will be refunded and you will be given the possibility to try again.

 

ok,but wasnt my or our foult because we cant transfer our chars,is like when it fails with credits.its same thing just that we dont lose credits...
anyway i think i made a mistake when i move to lumiel because i get only 1 char..i wish to have just 2more..
i didnt get scrols,potions,just a gear and weapons..

So Deathangel you say even characters who say ""you have a active server transfer"" and fail then you dont transf them manualy or do something?

We can not transfer your characters manually, we can only refund your credits and assist you until the transfer succeeds.
Transfering a character from one server to another is more complicated than most people expect, doing it manually is almost impossible.

That's not up to me, if there will be free transfers again, and i really hope so, it will be announced.

T_T ... the admin giving you free char tranfer for free.. yet you complaint. summore no appreciation... things come with a bug/stuck/error so be patient. and show some appreciation. sure ly angel with b glad to help you T_T

 

yes it is,,, but its free. and summore the admin is also offering the further asistant to whom that facing the failure tho. be gratefull and thankfull T_T
