is this bugged or i still need to do something?

 

On Lumiel you'll have to equip stigma stones in order to get some skills (stigma skills)

As asmodian you'll first have to do the quest 'No Escaping Distany', so your stigma slots will open.
Vergelmir in Panda sells some stigma stones for kinah. The greater stigma you can obtain with ap in the abyss or an npc in Katalam.
After that, go to Aud, the stigma tuner in Panda. If you've got stigma shards, you'll be able to equip the stigma stones you bought.

 

waaaaa.... In Lumiel the skills are with stigmas???

 

You can find some greather stigmas in Covent of Marchutan (I'm not sure if I spell it right). You can get there by using the yellow statue from Pandaemonium (choose the first option). The NPCs are on the secong floor, and when you talk with them, the buy button will be in Korean. Also, those stigmas'price is like 90% lower than any other stigma seller and you get them for kinah, not for Abyss Points.
