    Superior Recovery Serum Designs can be purchased from Darius and Hemes for Elyos, Gelmiro and Grad for Asmodians.
    Right now Remorseful Animas are not dropping, therefore you can craft Superior Recovery Serums only if you have older stacks of animas saved on your character.

    Another effective way to get Superior Recovery Serums / Potions is to join in-game events hosted by AMs, as you can get between 100-200 for participating.
