New to the game need help

I'm new to the game and really don't know where to go after i create my toon try to ask in game but people don't like to talk i like this server but for new comers to the game there is no help at all don't tell us where to go to lvl to 65 how to get better gear nothing so if someone can please help me

 

Server Siel or Lumiel? Elyo or asmo? Character name?
