Your Aion folder is kinda empty. Are you sure that you downloaded the game ? You cant start the GamezLauncher without a full working client, please start the NCSoft launcher and let it finish the download until 100%. After that you can start the GamezLauncher.

im not already download the launcher..this is my first time to download aion x.x

how many days/hours to download gamezaion?

 

Hard to say now, the game got arround 27GB, can take hours or days with a slow connection
