Broken Cliff Camp (Broken?)

I have recently discovered this camp is supposed to have a Teleporter to Idian Depths, And when I went to the camp it seems to have NPC's of both sides and no teleport to the Depths. I have Been here twice in the past 2 weeks to see if it will fix after the next maintenance, and it did not so I came here to Find out if its even supposed to be there?
//I have Quest I want to do there
Was it Removed for any reason? (If so Why?)

 

I'm not sure about the Idian Depths teleporter. But if you really wanna go there for a quest, you can easily go to Danaria and jump down the left and there is a shugo that teleports you down to Idian Depths.

 

I appreciate the help altough the place I am trying to access in the idan depths is in the top corner
The Red circle marks where I need to go, ANd the Purple arrow points to a path that looks like it leads into that part, Witch is blocked off by a wall high up that cant even be glided to. From what I have searched online I have only seen one way, From the Broken Cliff Camp in Katalam.
