Nothing happens after I accept the ToS

    After I log in I and accept the ToS I wait forever but nothing happens... What should I do? I not sure whether my university connection is not blocking my connection to the server... What is the IP so I can check? Also, if that's not the issue what might it be? (Firewall and Antivirus are off and I start the launcher as administrator).

    PS: My game version is 4.5.0.31. Can that be the problem?

    Download the Gamez Launcher again and make sure that you put it inside your Aion folder. Run as administrator and let it update then start the game.

    Delete your bin32 and l10 folder, then repair your game.
    Make sure GamezAion's launcher is installed in the correct location, then launch as administrator.
    Are you using any particular antivirus?

    I am absolutely sure that I installed the launcher in the Aion folder... otherwise I wouldn't be able to start the game, would I? My firewall and antivirus are disabled as I have stated previously.

    Depends, sometimes NCSoft launcher installs two aion folders, therefore if you install it in the wrong one your game won't work properly.
    Also, i did not ask you if your antivirus was disabled, but which antivirus is actually installed on your PC.
    Nod32 is known to cause heavy issues with Aion private servers, causing heavy lag/connection issues.
    Would you please upload a screenshot of your Aion folder after having your client repaired?

    I use Avast Internet Security. I think the problem is connecting to the game server as my login details are accepted just fine.
    It's actually a fresh copy of the client as I couldn't get the NC Launcher to work I had someone download the game for me.

    Are you able to connect retail aion servers?
    Is there a d3d8thk.dll file in your Bin32 folder?

    Yes, I have that file in my bin32 folder. I am actually not sure how to connect to retail as I don't have NC Launcher installed. I tried copying aion.bin and renaming it to aion.exe. The game started but I got a message "Failed to connect to the authorization server". I managed to find a .bat file to run gamez and I tried to ping the IP in it - 69.167.179.118. It was just fine.

    That's not going to work, Aion.bin is a binary file, not an .exe.
    I'd suggest you to download the NCSoft launcher and locate your current Aion installation folder, then use the "File repair" option. That's going to fix any issues related to your client.

    Let us know when you installed the NCSoft launcher and repaired your files.

    NCSoft launcher can't run... e01004 data session expired. That's why I got someone downloading the game for me.

    The issue with your client is very likely caused by missing/corrput files. Without the NCSoft launcher you can not repair your files and fix the the problem.
    The error you are getting "e01004 data session exipred" has two possible causes:
    1) Issues with your internet connection / Firewall or Antivirus blocking connection to NCSoft's update servers.
    2) NCSoft's update servers being down or not accessible.

    Sadly we can not do anything about major issues with the NCSoft launcher, that's out of our possibilities.
    You can try to launch your game with my own Bin32 files, which can be downloaded here:

    Make a backup of your original Bin32 folder and then copy and replace the files you find in the bin32 folder with the ones i've uploaded.

    The game can't run at all with that bin32. As I said earlier, my version is 4.5.0.31. Can I dowgrade to 4.5.0.26 somehow?
