My character is missing ... Help please :!

    I installed aion since an hour now and every thing is ready and i patched it and connect and when i log in with my 1 year old account .. I simply don't find any character .. I had a spiritmaster level 60 with normal gear and a spirit master with Max gear and a donation book.. I don't know where all this gone too .. I don't find any thing just nothing at all What should i do ? I tryed also all my past accounts .. I just don't find any single character left .. have they got wiped since i didn't login for almost a year ?
