when i extract items.pak.rar
its always say:

 

Are you using an Admin account on your computer?

Go to the NCsoft folder or where ever your Aion folder and select the entire Aion folder. Right click the folder and select properties. Then find the Security Tab and click "EDIT". Then select full control for every usergroup and save.

Was your client open while you were trying to extract your items.pak?

If it was, the computer will not let you do that as an application was using the folder. Try shutting down the computer and doing it again.

But if you were able to apply the files in the correct folder:

Aion>Data>USA>Items

and you are getting sendlog, try using the loose version of the items.pak

 

how can i back my files???my aion folder now 0bytes???

 

Did you click delete? Where did you try to extract?

Check your recycle bin.

 

its back the files but its still send log lol

 

Delete the items.pak in your Data>USA>Item folder and launch game. If you get sendlog. Delete the L10N folder and the USA folder and repair client.

 

i dont get send log i already deleted items.pak

 

i thing its not origin file, u need to instal gain n follow the procedure
