440 crit soft cap?

Hello, I have full eat leather +15, abg bow +15 = lvl 50 armour and im ranger.

I've read other threads about the "crit soft cap" but im still extremely confused... basically what im asking is. what should my crit be with that armour/wep?

 

With 1.9 you'll want your crit to be around 540-550.. Theres food that gives you 50 for a half hour, and scrolls that give you 90 for 5 minutes, so putting more point into it isn't to necessary. Just load up on food and scrolls.

 

thank you for your insite. How much does the food cost?I think the scrolls I can craft with rubies but how much do the food cost each?

EDIT: If needed will being like 538 hurt me?because if I have that and then add 15 crit it will bring me to 553.

if you wanna hit those with +15 set armor,ABG accessories and wings,add crit manastones till 575 then use a buff food and crit scroll to reach 715.cause 715-195-65-15=440

 

Ok so 538 is a good crit rate to have?
