    lol , ive never had that error but i think u should reinstal your windows?(maybe) and then the whole game? (also dont install the game from a CD , just download it from ncsoft launcher)

    This is sad but true... Till now there is no any solution for this problem so ... format FTW !! ^^

    Besides it's good to do 1 format per 6months to keep the hard drivers alive for long time =)
