I just Lost my 1B kinah yesterday ;( please help. please ;(

GM, i just lost my 600m+ on 1 of my chracter and 400m+ on the another. Like yesterday b4 i got log out.. i have my kinahs, then 10mins ago wen i logged in again, all my kinah dissapeared, Its not in my WareHouse Both Character just Holding it. not like the Other post saying their kinah's in their Warehouse.. :crying: Please help me. i just talk to GM Autumnsjoy a while ago and she said make a topic here and wait for a Gm's Help because she's not capable of retrieving kinah's.. i Dont have any ScreenShot or proof that im not lying.. But im saying the Truth.. What shud i do? can u help me please? i did those solutions that i've read based in the others Post like relogging in after 5 mins sumting like that. w/e but nothing happens ;( Help me please and PLS respond in this topic.. Im hoping to hv my Kinah back :crying:

I do realize it takes time to make this profit but it's all up to Admins.. So good luck with getting back ur lost kinah =)

 

well i hope they got some programs to check all the char info.. i dont know this kind of problems are happening ryt now... so i ddnt make any SS like wt they told me that i need regarding this prob... but im hoping to get my kinah.. admins GM pls help ;(
