Craft: Need Help

I'm trying to craft MCC Glasses. Can I morph these?
<Carved Red Master Fragment><Carved Blue Master Fragment><Carved White Master Fragment><Carved Green Master Fragment>
If not, where can I buy them in Asmo side?

You can't morph them, only buy them from Special Ordnance Quartermasters..
Do keep in mind that the forts in Inggison belong to ely now, and you won't be able to buy the mats there.
And the mats have a purchase limit.

I have an ely character. I was able to buy the white an green ones in Asmo side. But, when i went to Ely side, NPCs in Inggi were selling the same fragments.. white and green.. Where else can I get the red and Blue ones?

The red & blue ones are sold in gelkmaros by ely npc's. But yeah, as you know those forts are asmo atm.
