    gm why is it that we cannot buy sheperd weapon but in ely side they can buy custo weapon its unfair gm

    It's a bug, altho you should be thankfull you can buy the sets atleast.

    Can not buy this Shepherd npc,Not bug.
    Just turned off GM this NPC.
    It is understandable because ... all shepherd items (Head,Weapon,etc) you can buy donate:)
