Retail is more complicated lol xD
Just get BM from IS, buy your fierce skirmish gear for now, then work your AP up to buy custodian or even better arbiter if you have money to donate (you need credits to use in webshop)

Then buy extraction tools from general merchant to extract enchantment stones to boost your defenses on your gear (enchantment stones only work for armor, TS only works with plumes, hats, rings, belts, earrings and necklaces)
If you need kinah, go to mixfight dimension portal, go to the Bastion golden treasure chest box, there you will find kinah and defender supply boxes (2 of them) Open those defender supply boxes there you will get manastones (random choice) Find the ones for your class and you're good to go

Note: Whenever you lvl make sure your skill is upgraded to the maximum damage potential

Ex: Sorcerer's Ice sheet II 61

Sorcerer's Ice sheet IV lvl 64 (pick this to replace the Ice sheet II)
