Player transfer problem

I have tried transferring my account to siel 3x and i failed 3x to do it but now im have this problem where Gamezaion not giving back my 1.5k cred while my account still not transferred correctly. On my first 2 attempt i fail but i manage to get back does 1.5k cred but on my 3rd try i never got my 1.5k cred back for transfer and i have been waiting for at list 1 week now for a reply or to get back my 1.5k cred. I was busy at work on my 3rd attempt on transfer and i did not manage to check my account if it did transfer or not but when i log on back online my account still on lumiel and my cred was taken away, i tried typing on forum and yet nothing change and i keep spamming at list once a day about this problem. plz help me transfer my account and hope i get the cred soon so i can transfer and i wont want to waste another 1.5k of my cred for this problem not being solve.
