Mastarius problem

As you know, this big HP boss seems to be a scene of crowded players attempting to kill within a certain amount of time for loot.
It poses a problem when leaders of alliances attempt to (if the boss is killed within that time) change loot to captain loot and put roll dice...
Today many players at Elyos killed this boss after the time was up (so no loot was given besides a few roll dice items)

But if it wasn't killed after the time was up, why bother slaving yourself of dps for the thirsty greedy leader?

The leader of my alliance (not naming people) put FFA and roll dice then when Mastarius was about to die, he changed it to captain loot >_>..


Is it even worth killing this boss for this risk to happen?
What do you guys think?

 

Idrk is it's worth, this boss have many hp. so take long time kill it. and it often happens what happened to you... When i killed veille with just 1 alliance, it took 4 hours (God! i was so bored!) and the boss finally drop a Greatsword, then a gunner rolled it and he got it -.-!

 

seems like a elyos teamwork/trust problem...not a masta problem
