i was searching all the NPC who sell the design but nothing in there . .

 

is at standard recipes...

try go reshanta .. at the terminon landing.. almost most of the recipe / design sold by the npc there. go check it out.

 

sort recipes by name u'll find faster what u need. and in sanc NPC is bundle recipe only but is better since u do it faster the one u searching is on Reshanta NPC at Designs

 

I asked about the same thing some time ago and as far as I can remember those npcs hasn't been implemented on gamez. It might have changed by now, I'm not sure.
