cant log in game

i have had all my veteran players wiped at a great expense and loss. so i created a new char. when i log on my char appears and as i get in game i get this message .the region data in client is incomplete and game is shutting down update client and try again

i cant get my game to downgrade to 4.5 . why is gamez upgrading until they actually do? selfish if you ask me

 

Why can't you downgrade? o.o
Don't forget that this is a private server, and it takes a little longer for this server to get 4.7 than retail obviously. Especially 'cause if we do upgrade, we rather have as less bugs as possible for the players. Nothing selfish about it.

 

I cant downgrade I have tried . why cant server have a playable game till new upgrade is upgraded
