I can not retrieve the information from my account

I do not receive anything. I checked the inbox and spam and nothing ... They can do something for me?

Hiya,
Inactive accounts get deleted after 6 months. If you have not played during these 6 months, including voting then your account may have been flagged as inactive, therefore probably has been deleted. If you can confirm the correct dates or an estimate when you played last, I can get this forwarded however it sounds like the account has been deleted. Also, do not give your personal information anywhere, people can use this against you and may possibly invade your privacy.

 

Ok. I understand, I will be more careful. When I try to register as a new user, says email is already registered. I connect for the last time a year ago , maybe more than a year.
I can not do anything then?

I doubt you can do anything else since accounts get wiped after 6 months of inactivity. It's very easy to obtain strong gear however, so you could give that a shot on a brand new account
