What Character should I get Arb gear/weapons on?

(This is kinda long )
Okay, I have 8 chars and I'm trying to invest 100$ - which is equivalent to 3 items of arb (11,500 credits)
8 chars are - chanter, cleric, sw, sorc, sm, temp, glad, and aethertech


My sw I play the best it seems, but I have a hard time killing people with arb gear, they're like xform or some shit lmao

I'm buying Arb harp for my sw definitely, but Idk what to do with the rest.

Should I just get arb weapons? I was thinking of getting mace/shield to share among my chanter/temp/glad to be more tankish. But I could also share it with my cleric (that would require configuring manastones and such) Problem is with sharing arb weapons among chars, is that I might want to fuse my mace (which will then become untradable/unstorable in acc wh)

So yeah lmao I'm conflicted, but 100$ is A LOT it seems for only 11,500 credits (I believe you get a bonus) for only 3 items (3500 per arb piece)

I also wanted Gonan's headband (to share among my sw, sm and sorc) and Aion's chosen title

Yes I'm trying to gear up really good xD but I think I'm gonna have to probably pay more

What do you guys think I should do? I hate making decisions like this lol. I don't really wanna gear up one char specifically because it'd lead to a disadvantage to my other chars in PvP. But for sw, I definitely want the Arb lyra, Aion's chosen title and Gonan's headband

Can any of you experienced arb players (or non-arb players is fine) help me decide?

If you enjoy playing your SW and you're good at it, then gear it up. As most of the people nowadays are plate classes, you'll have an advantage.

 

What about arb harp? o; Or is the armor value worth more than the weapon?

Mace is a one handed weapon and it CANT be fused. Invest on one char. Otherwise it'd be a waste not to mention donating on this server is a complete wallet burner. As for songwhiner arb harp/arb set + disco magic accs +5 (or shephard) and a plume would be nice however a custodian set is decent but its about PvP dmg since an Arb set piece has PvP Defense +6.4% +0.9 from augment custodian has 6.2% +0.9 from augment. Minor differance but if you do the math you lack 0.2% peer piece. Donating mindlessly for a bunch of arbiter weapons is a waste.

 

If your budget is "only" 100$, I'd recommend you gearing only the character you play the most. So I'd say forget about the mace/shield and the "fusion of the mace"... (Dude, wtf?)

 

ANYWAY.....your 1ST item on BUY list should be WOC2...it worth more than any other item...woc2/arb weapon and u pro

 

It would really be wise to invest on 1 toon.. U get the most out of ur money. Arbi Weapon+Custo set is < Full Arbi Set. Do u want ur main toon to be squishy as fuck against full set pro ppl? NO

 

Yeah, I agree. I was thinking of getting woc1, but I dont think there is woc2 in shop. Is it coming out in december?

my advice.....make a trade for woc2 ppls trading a lot it...woc2+weapon u dont need more for now..keep your credits for later new set incoming.....u can trade 3.5k vip+a bit add for woc2. VIP all u need and u can farm fast amba set wich is fine for mages. as i said woc2 most inportant^^ spcly for a bard

 

As @cocosul said, you can wait for WoC 2. Most likely it'll be available in the Christmas shop for around 4k credits. That would also leave you some credits for the rest of the gear.

Do I mix custodian harp w/ arb harp under? or do I find a pve mythic weapon like enraged hyp harp?

 

WAIT WHAT? Dude arb harp as main + custo/enraged hyperion harp yet it'd be nicer to have a bit more pvp dmg but i'd rather get an attackspeed harp brazen/eclipse tho they are expensive.

 

Where do I get brazen? isn't it from those bastion boxes?

well do IO a lot u will get it in the end.8 toons x3 runs each.. u will get it easy. i use also arb+brazen and work good. about set amba set is ok for u+disco acces. try hard to get woc2 else no OP bard and yeah i m HIM and btw best fuse is http://aiondatabase.net/us/item/102001027/ but is rare i guess

 

use that harp or the brazen one?

 

brazen is more cheap but have 3 ancient slots..katalium cost 4k vip or so it s rare
