Please help me........

I started the game today and have asked around for ppls help but no one wants to help, i can't look at any items in broker ( my game crashes ) and i cant use the starter gear in my inventory... I don't know what to do, it seems like an awesome game but i can't seem to play it...

 

Have you downgraded your client?
Have you added the correct itempack?

Thank you very much. I play retail though. If i downgrade will i need to updaate retail again?

 

You can make a copy of your aion folder. With the copy you can run GamezAion and with the original you can play retail.
