Can anyone help me?

I purchased 25$ of credits w/ paypal but have yet to recieve the credits. I pm most of the staff members, no response and I'm really getting irritated. They just log off or leave me hanging..

This is my first donation and it says transaction complete so Idk if it's pending or not.

What do I do?

 

when you made the donation? when it's your first donation takes some hours (maybe one day) to get the credits in your account

 

I've replied to you, and bare in mind that staff have their own lives as well, excuse me for the 20 minute reply.

First of all payments are outsourced, meaning we do not manage them, the company you used manages them.

First payments take 1-24 hours to go through, just be patient.
