Client Issue - Cannot Connect to Server

I'm new here, and I just downloaded the NC Launcher and GamezAion Launcher.
When I open GamezAion, it updated and I clicked "Start Game." Once I get ingame, after I log in, i select a server, but nothing happens. After I select a server, all other buttons become Disabled ( The "Exit" button is unclickable) but the background animation for the game is still moving.

Everytime I restart it, it and I log in, it says "Your account is already logged in."

Anyone know how to fix?

 

What version is your client?

Also, try running the Gamez Launcher as admin and make sure all your antiviruses and your firewall is making an exception for Aion.

 

how do i check what version it is

 

Go to the main aion folder and look for your Version.ini folder and open it with notepad.



The client runs with 4.5.0.26 - 4.5.0.31

 

Version 4.7.0.5

 

You need to downgrade.

What do I do with the Item.pak tho?

 

Place it in Data>USA>Items folder. But make sure you downgrade first.

 

Now I get an initialization error and it wont let me pass the NCSoft page @ the beginning.
- I downgraded and switched the item.pak file already 2 times (File repaired and repeated the steps) but it still doesn't work.

Can someone teamview me and fix this issue?
