    It's not in credits shop, but I've seen people do trades and stuff but I'm looking more to where the origin of that item is.

    If I wear it, it has a 1hr cd right? And will I lose stats if I have to unequip one of my rings to equip the ring of AM?

    It's a reward which you can obtain via special events hosted in-game. Pretty sure that you can find a trade from other players and get it this way.
    It's not an actual ring which you have to equip. It's like a scroll which has an hour cd and you can use it as many times as you want.

    The rings are useless. ( Just 10 extra elemental resist) .Just a show off accessory for desperate people.
