I need help with NC luncher please.

I have posted a thread like this before untill the game worked but some reasons had me to re-download it and now i got a problem,
The download starts with 2 mega / sec as my max download speed , Then eventually drop to 0 150 - 50 - 20 - 10 - 0 then repeat i can download this game in 1 day max, Now it's taken 3 -5 days and didn't even finish stage 3 .. And am a really starting to get pissed no forums speak about help or support and my router is fine and i tested my download speed on steam and origins it works excellently and i need to finish downloading this game at least before thursday so please any one help ?

Any one please ? Iam still stuck with this decsending download speed and un bearably slow.

I recommend a VPN to hopefully get a stable connection to the server. Your ISP might be either throttling your data speed or you might not have a stable connecton.

 

Well where i get that VPN ? and no it's stable enuf to download in steam and origin.

 

Well nclaucher is wierd. The one I use is called "private Internet access". It works similarly to a ping reducer

 

Okay, Thank you i will try it now i also downloaded cyber ghost idk if it works or not.

Private internet access need monthly , yearly payments am not up for such payments untill am sure it's the cause of problem, am currently testing VPN cyber ghost if it didn't work i will check another one called hot spot sheild if you heard any of them is bad or causes harm please let me know.

Iam now in washintgon and nop still same dropping dropping dropping after each 1% and takes so so long to finish even the easiest stages .. it's in patching stage atm not even stage 1.

And support of aion will usually take a year to respond like any other game support so i have nothing but to wait either for download to fix it self and leave patching stage or support or some one here to find a solution that fixes it. (Some people said disable peer to peer and i can't find this in setting)

 

Yea that can happen to alot of people on the US. Alot of Internet companies tell you you are getting high speed Internet where in reality your Internet is being channeled when you start using up alot of data at a single time. It is something the isp does to save money. My company does it and I had problems playing games and downloading big files even though I know I'm paying for 30 mb bandwidth and I know my computer can take up to 8 mb but i'm often only seeing 300 kbps-1.5 mb. The vpn won't guarantee speed channeling but can guarantee stability.

It's illegal but most people are not smart enough to figure it out and those who do can't go anything about it legally since there is no real proof.

 

I think after checking forums of 2-1 years old posts this was a common problem back then ..but some people mentioned there is a faster way to download aion i keep testing my download speed it's 250 kb / sec atm and stable why the hell the luncher is now 30k and dropping to 0 kb and then nothing then repeats to 5000kb then decrease to 0.

Well that's about it for today i will go play some steam games for now thank you for keeping up with me Kyle i appreciate that alot, If there is any thing new happened or a solve that came up i will sure to post it here maybe some one may ask same question one day.

 

Well Gamez doesn't handle the ncsoft launcher so there is nothing anyone here could say but to talk to ncsoft support.

I just gave my best advice that may help you get a better connecton to the launcher.

You can try running the download on safe mode with networking. May help as it allows you to use your network with the minimum amount of programs running in your background.

 

Well, I know of course this is a private server but used to be in the past a guide for any thing .. most questions that related to tech and game was in here more than official it self cause alot of people who had such problems would come and help or ask for one , but seems those people are not as much as they were in past xD as i said it's ok i will wait for support to respond and again thank's Mrs Kyle for help.

 

Try to download the Gameforge client, maybe its better to download from there. But if you run into the same problem with the download stop it.

Yeh, but if he cant download from NCSoft, he should download the Gameforge client. They have other servers, maybe he can download it from there stable. Its worth a try i think. The repair later is not that big, and i still got a L10N folder link on Mega.co.nz (L10N) . This should make the repair after the download from Gameforge faster

I will try game forge xD aion support extremely horrible i got responded by lucy to send her a file of some exams in my pc .. and she didn't respond after since .. which was 9 hours ago, so yeah i think i might give atm gameforge a try.

I can't believe my eyes i tested gameforge it just started and it's 5 % since like 3 sec ago very nice but i can't see my download speed tho, If the game works i will be sure to let you guys kno thank's very very much for the help so far.(The steps in the site is after downloading gameforge aion right ?)

 

Heyo, after the download come back here and we can go step by step trough the guide to use the gameforge client, but you should download this L10N folder now, or you have to download it from the NCSoft launcher which isnt working that good for you.

Sorry for extremely late respond .. I have done many horrible things . i kept copying gameforge aion in ncwest and ncsoft etc etc.. am now deleting every thing and starting over luckily i copyed the gameforge aion 31 giga game some place safe .. when am done downloading L1ion i will tell you.

 

What do i do after installing that ? cause now after i did the old steps i got in and the character body wasn't showen.. only heads.. and i did file repair that the game got to 40 gig + patch file .. any ways and still didn't fix any thing.

 

And about the horrible things .. i will speak about it more indetail .. I copyed gameforge in both NCwest and NC soft download > aion folder, Cause i wasn't sure which one is who follows NCsoft it self.. Then i opened NCsoft and clicked repair it did file check for successful 31/31 gigabyte then it did a 4 giga byte file repair then it started download the game from start stage 2/9 .. Which is kinda weird cause it just did a file check for 31 giga .. and then it went for stage 2 which is 7 giga byte files.. So i deleted everything beside game forge aion that i kept some place safe.. then i repeated all steps and i was surprised that with out repair i still managed to connect with out even repairing Albion file and what was weird is i had the same problem that made me make this topic before Ncsoft problem.. which is missing body in character creation .. why there is missing bodies .. some armor show and some armor are invisible .. that's why i deleted game in first place and re-downloaded it cause repair file was keeping on download the game all over .. any ways, Then after i found out that same god dam body missing problem is here and that iam missing files again........ i got pissed off and deleted every thing again and downloaded aion luncher again and just waiting for you to respond to tell me what to do from here.
