Problem with updater ncsoft

I already make all updates in ncsoft launcher but when I click gamezaion launcher it says ''you need to update your client using Ncsoft Launcher''.
When run ncsoft only says ''Play'' and ''repair file''

 

Click repair (Ncsoft Launcher), install again GamezAION launcher (be sure it is installed in the right place)> Run GamezAION.

 

Have you tried to double check if that is the only Aion Folder you have on your Program Files? This happens when you recently downloaded the launcher and it may have reinstalled everything in a different path.

If there is a different folder, you can install the GamezAion Launcher from there.

 

I have intalled aion on D: because space problem in C:

It doesn't matter which drive you put it. The only problem is only when you tried to update it, did the update go to drive D or no? if not, double check all your folders on both drives.

My problem its resolved. I need the item pak or something else? And my char are at level 65 more levels with new update?

 

I creat a new char but doesnt start at level 60 not 65. Need pak or something else?

I download the item pak and put on data/usa/item and still the same thing not intant lvl 65

 

This is how it should be lvl 60 not 65.

 

but new update says instant level 65

 

i know but for some reason they change it, you can get lvl 65 with a quest in sarpan <3 (the yellow one dont remember the name).

 

And max lvl still 65?

 

It'll max you up to 65 if you are VIP after doing the quest but if you aren't, you will need to do more quests in Katalam to reach 65.
