Change in lvl restrictions, IS

    Before the update, lvl 60s could enter IS (even tho it says they can't)
    Since I have only been back in game since October, I don't know for sure if this was a custom change on Lumiel, because our population is lower, or if it was a bug. In case it was a custom feature, I thought it would be of interest to report it, so it can be restored. If it was a bug, well then congratz, it's fixed ;)

    I don't know how to edit my posts in this new forum setup, but I'd like to add that it doesn't seem like we get credits for the runs either. Before the update we got 5 credits / run on Lumiel anyway.

    Alright, I'll add that one up. I'll check Siel once IS is up. :)
