YES it is +15 custo , it will suppost convert CUSTODIAN to REPLESENT HAUBERK but why it wont . or the system is not FUNCTION LIKE CUSTODIAN ACCE ?

 

That actually may be the reason. As you know, when you link a +15 Ambassador Series item, it is linked as a clean item since they were bugged. Originally, Ambassador items are only supposed to be enchanted to +13. Because your shoulders are "bugged", so to speak, the system may not recognize them as being at least +10, or +15, for that matter.

Which may be why it works for your accessories, since they are not bugged and most likely +5.

Try to buy a new Ambassador Series item, enchant it to at least +10, and try again.

 

You're using the item.pak from 4.5.0.26 as a result you cannot see the secondary item requirement:
"Honorable Officer's Shoulder Laurel" http://aiondatabase.net/us/item/169405383/ Laurel's as far as I know are currently unavailable in-game along with many other 4.7 items. So you'll have to wait until they finish fixing pending bugs and see if they decide making these items available in-game.

You should also take Aqualie's post into account. Since I have not seen this feature yet as I haven't visited the NPC, I can't tell you if he's right or not, but it is highly possible. As far as the information he provided, if it is true, you won't be able to purify that item since one of the materials for the purification is unavailable to you in-game, and will likely be an event prize.

I'm on Lumiel and tried this right now. I have enough AP and enough medals to make my Custodian +13 into Resplended + 8, but once I pressed the button, nothing happened. It did not use any of my AP tho. It didn't say anything else was needed tho, but maybe that's coz hasn't been implemented yet?

I'll check if the NPC even works as it should with current items when I log back in.
Getting a few 4.5 files from Illusions right now to see about some changes NCSoft did to the client itself and if we can rectify them.
As for the entire 'purification' system. I'm not sure what is being planned for it if it is going to be staying in game or being removed, depends on what happens to end up in the credit shop I suppose.

When I say "it didn't say anything else was needed tho" I mean, that it didn't ask for the item you posted in the picture. Normally if an item is needed, and you don't have it, it shows 0/1. If you have it, it shows 1/1.

Reason I posted this was coz the first guy here couldn't purify his items, and some people started to speculate about his set, telling him to buy a new one. This would have been a waste, since apparently, this system isn't implemented yet.

 

Yeah , youre right . Mod.Azure said it hasnt implementd yet and wait for a couple of days
