Wow, Please Fix this carl...

Carl people donate to you to run this server yet you cant control it, hire a new Admin and give him powers to reset this server crashed 14 times today,,,

 

its not gonna happen, the three most trustworthy people he had were driven away and they still never got access, so yeah, doubt it will ever happen

 

I know it won't happen but if hes too lazy too ****ing run his company then have someone co-run with him. It's sad he gets paid to do this but he can't maintain a ****ing server..

Yeah carl we liek you and all but you gotta smarten up i bit and try to be more active for your players
be here for the player when they need you

 

its sad people donate i agree, but many do not realize the state the server is in, no custom updates, a memory leak that will most likely never get up, a lack of hard working staff, and a constant staff turnover. but whats even sadder is that because of this, people enable carl to continue running it the way it is being run. and the person who "co-runs" it is even worse imo

 

Yeah, but for example Chlora was banned for using his abilities too much and wanting more access which he should have gotten he always tried new patches for the community but im not sure if it was Karissa or Carl who banned him. He was helping carl out if anything by keeping people interested. And Alente resigned do to Karissa so it seems, and it was Carl who promoted Karrisa to C.E.O. of gamez when she didnt do anything. No disrespect to anyone but Carl needs to spend some time and get this server on a decent track before he nearly forgets about it,

 

trust me, i know all about the behind the curtain stuff in gamez. but see, lots of tiny servers are popping up with tons of stuff working that gamez doesn't have. lots of them are going 2.0/are 2.0 already. and to get decent devs, carl needs to trust people. and carl doesn't. like you said with chlora, he was never allowed access. same with zer0patches. it will only get you so far using a strategy like that

 

What server is 2.0? And that's the thing carl doesnt trust people. But if he were to and someone for some reason hacked it what would he lose? He doesn't care about the server anyways. The sooner he can realize that he's the one destroying the community the sooner he can understand that he has to start trusting people. In past week i've seen the top GM's resign.
