Cannot Connect to Server Issue

Hello Mr/Ms Admin's and GamezAion Community i just need some help cuz i cant connect to server i dunno why. BTW my Account Username is "Menardantal" please help me! Thanks a lot for some help

 

@Bbpilipinas Close your ping reducer if you are using them, If dont try to repair your game.

 

i already try to repair using NCSoft Launcher and i'm using normal connection now w/o ping reducer (WTFast) and still "Cannot Connect to Server" appears

 

You should try these though for fixes:

#1. Check your firewall. Make sure that Aion is allowed access because in more than 50 % cases, this is the issue. To allow Aion to access the internet, put an exception for the game. Also make sure the Not Aion Launcher/Simple Launcher has access to the internet.

#2. Check your anti-virus. It may be blocking Aion in the same way as your firewall. Make sure to add an exception for Aion. Also make sure the Not Aion Launcher/Simple Launcher isn't being blocked.

#3. Try using the .bat file. If you can't find it create a file called Play Not Aion.bat and edit it with notepad to have the following content:
CODE: SELECT ALL
start Bin32\aion.bin -ip:109.201.133.38 -port:2106 -cc:1 -lang:enu -noweb -noauthgg -ingameshop -nowebshop
Put the .bat file in your Aion folder. And make sure to put d3d8thk.dll in your bin32 folder! Otherwise you'll just get a new error.

#4. If it still doesn't work something is seriously messed up....
(it is possible your ISP is having some issues, which you may notice if you have a sudden laggy internet connection)

 

i already checked "Firewall\Allowed Programs" and checked everything related AION but the method 2 i dunno how btw my Anti-Virus is AVIRA pls help

 

Restart your PC, Follow the instructions I stated above and don't forget to "Run as administrator" before opening the game.

 

i think its a computer virus/malware my monitor blinking when i clicking "Log-in Screen"

 

i see this errors in just blink of eye i've use bandicam to catch it clearly can anyone knows what errors is this? and how to fix it

 

this errors appears in a blink of eye after Run as Admin "GamezAion Launcher" whats this error and how to fix it?
