    Hello! It has been a while a have been logged in this acc, now i want to play again, but when i look, there is no chars in my acc, where are they ? They were on Siel server? They got deleted due the inactivity ?

    Accounts get deleted after 6 months due inactivity, so it's possible that your account got deleted.
