aion 4.7 update problem

finally the download is finished,i was using gameforge instead of ncsoft which keep disconnecting the download process,i had encounter fews error when launching aion
1:this game is not available in your country(solved by moving the files in ENG folder to enu folder)

2:thing goes nice and steady but after login to my account,it just stuck at login screen

i try search some solution but cant find it but maybe i missed,can someone englighten my and guide me what should i do?

PS:i already have lastest 4.7 itempak(484mb xml files type)
