hello guys please i have a problem on my aion ,, before the update i was playing normally ,, after the update i got a problem while logging in when i write my account ingame it say ID or Password does not match but in website its opening normally ,, i tryed other accounts and same problem ,, please need solution as soon as possible thanx

 

Maybe someone changed your password. Do you remember giving your pass to anyone?

Maybe a password restart will help. Request it on the mail that you used while creating your account.

Ok then xD Are you sure that you are using Gamez Aion Launcher? Maybe you are trying to open the game with Ncsoft Launcher and that is why it isn't working for you

Did you change your password at all recently?

If so, change it back.

Once upon a time, I changed my password. That password was changed but did not register in game but on the website it worked. I changed it back and the game worked. The end.

I know that every time you change your password for anything you get an email with a link asking you to confirm that password change and if you don't click it then the change won't happen also check your ban log =)

 

i notice that your announcement box does not contain anything.. it should have something like this


That being said, I suspect that your Aion is not connected to gamez. Make sure that you Aion Launcher is installed in the correct folder. Typically it should be installed in C:\Program Files (x86)\NCSOFT\Aion. If it still does not work, download the launcher again and replace your current one.
