    Repairing client should not be needed.
    If you are on version 4.7.0.5+ The following should rectify the issue.
    Go to AION\L10N\enu\data & AION\L10N\1_enu\data delete the zData.pak
    After that, re-run gamez launcher - update via launcher, should work just fine with out a client repair. If not, then you will need to repair the client.
