    I'm making yet another thread, since the last one went unacknowledged. I understand there are many issues going on with Lumiel and bugs to be dealt with but this is one of them that has been plaguing us for a long time and it kills our retention value when we can't even participate in the regular seasonal events.

    Sorry, this was the first bit of acknowledgement that anything was being done about it. So there was no way for me to know rather the issue was being addressed. So thank you for making that acknowledgement. I have patience in troves, but mind reading is sadly lacking. =]
