    Delete that folder. and Disable Firewall and Antivirus.
    And yes, Redownload.

    you don't need to reinstall fully, exit game if it's open, just delete the download from $Patch$ folder from your installation location and edit VersionInfo_AION(hidden file) - last line "DownloadLevel" shows the stage you've downloaded - make it one like this: DownloadLevel=1, reopen the game - it will begin to download the stages again.

    actually i put the game in d: but some files of the NCsoft are in C:
    where would i edit the parts? sir?

    U just need to delete all of those files and redownload but when u download.. place all files in 1 folder also try to avoid canceling

    when i delete the $PATCH$ after idownload again it will came back :(

    damN! im tired!
    this game is so many obstacle! why not other games! not like this! zzzz

    If the error persists, then most likely you have a program which is checking those files as they're downloaded. This is a common trait of anti-virus programs.
    You see, if an anti-virus program is checking a file, that file gets locked.
    In easier words:
    You have an anti-virus -> you download file -> file gets checked by anti-virus -> file can't be opened by launcher because it's already loaded in the anti-virus program.

    Just uninstall/completely disable your antivirus for a bit and see if it's better?

    Edit: Your other thread has most likely the same problem.
    Btw, make sure the game is closed while you update... just double check that.

    As everyone said:
    - Delete the $PATCH$ folder under C:\Program Files (x86)\NCSoft\Aion
    - Check if your firewall / anti-virus isnt blocking or locking the files ---> Disable your anti-virus for the time being, so it can download without trouble.
    - Make sure that your game is closed
