    I can not know go to server list always reconnected..
    I know its one bug...

    Just wait a couple of minutes at the character selection screen. Try changing the server after that. It worked for me.

    The easy work around for this.
    When you go to character selection screen. Make sure that you have the count down timer over the character you were with (The 'preparing to reconnect character' or whatever it says I don't remember off hand). Once that timer is done, you should be able to change servers with no issue at all. Seems to be what works for me every time.
